Corporate - Workplace Chaplaincy
Objective:
The Corporate Chaplain Division of Chaplains of Zimbabwe (CZ) is dedicated to providing spiritual care and support to employees in the workplace. We understand that personal crises, such as death, divorce, or illness, can affect an employee's well-being and productivity. Our corporate chaplains are trained to provide confidential, spiritually-based care to employees, respecting the diversity of the workforce.
Role of a Corporate Chaplain
A corporate chaplain provides emotional and spiritual support to employees, addressing individual and family needs, as well as work-related concerns such as:-
- Job stress and burnout
- Coworker relations and conflict resolution
- Career development and transition
- Grief and loss
- Ethical dilemmas and moral support
Our corporate chaplains also provide consultation to management on issues affecting employee and company well-being, including:-
- Organizational change and transition
- Ethical challenges and conflict resolution
- Team development and building
- Outplacement and career transition
By providing corporate chaplaincy services, we aim to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment, enhancing employee well-being, productivity, and job satisfaction.
